Exercise and Parkinson'sExercise benefits all people with Parkinson’s, regardless of how long you have been living with the condition. While everybody’s exercise needs and preferences are different, this course shares exercise recommendations for people living with Parkinson’s and tips for building an effective and enjoyable exercise routine. |

Women and Parkinson'sThis course uses current and emerging research – as well as anecdotal accounts – to share insights, improve understanding and offer symptom management options for women living with Parkinson’s and for those caring for them. |

LGBTIQA+ and living with Parkinson'sThis course explores aspects of the Parkinson’s journey, including navigating health and aged care systems. The course also shares practical information about your rights and building protections and supports. Some of the definitions and issues described in this course may also be useful in opening up conversations with members of your healthcare team. |
These courses are based on information provided in the highly popular Fight Parkinson’s education seminars and include an introduction to the disease and information on the common motor and non-motor symptoms experienced and how to manage them.
People can learn in their own time and at their own pace, pausing and continuing as suits them.
Offering a free online education program means anyone can access the information they need, regardless of their personal circumstances.
